**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Manage employee relations and address any issues that arise
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR strategies
- Provide support in the administration of benefits and compensation programs
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in project management is a plus
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
