- Assist Club Concierges daily tasks where possible on any guest related item in the hotel and other miscellaneous tasks
- Ensure buffet is fully restocked for the following shift.
- Deliver flowers, newspapers, packages and other amenities to guest rooms on Club Floor.
- Assists Concierge with food and beverage requirements. Food orders, supplies and clean up.
- Retrieve packages from loading dock, log them in, arrange package room and deliver to guests on Club Floor.
- Leave messages concerning packages and other amenities on Club Floor.
- Run errands outside of the hotel to include but not limited to: postage stamps, theatre tickets, shoe repair, laundry, shopping, drugstore, etc. for Club Floors.
- Provide guests with comprehensive information about hotel services, places of interest, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours, and any other information of interest.
- Assist guests with, but not limited to, theatre/airline/tail tickets, transportation, and restaurant reservations and provide guests with information on outside facilities and services.
- Handle guests’ services such as mail, keys, postage, messages, and paging.
- Promote team work and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments. Be aware and prepare for all in-house group meetings and VIP arrivals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must have a valid Smart Serve certificate.
