Impact Freight Services is looking for a part-time Dispatcher(weekends only) to join their Operations Team.

**Responsibilities will include-**
- Process and Input all work orders
- Keeps customers informed of all the updates regarding shipments
- Schedules Inbound and Outbound customer appointments
- Ensure that delivery times and schedules are met based on customer booking details
- Dispatch drivers as assigned by Operations
- Developing and maintaining good working relationship with Drivers
- Prepare custom documents
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications-**
- Proven team player
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Dispatch/Customer Service in Trucking Industry is required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Weekends only

Work Location: In person
