**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Work within real estate transaction management platforms.
- Convey required documentation to lawyers and other brokerages in a timely manner
- Check all back-office systems accuracy of file information.
- Retrieve documents from lawyers & agents timely.
- Assist accounting with reconciling and settlement documents ensuring outstanding agent experience.
- Communicate and answer agent questions in a timely manner.
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Social Media Posting, Advertising and Media Creation, Marketing
- Office cleaning as needed
- Other duties may be assigned.
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Processes and technology-minded with a focus on operational workflow.
- Excellent Attention to Detail.
- Excellent communication skills needed - written and verbal.
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents including real estate contracts, leases, and settlement statements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate well with others.
- Customer Service minded with a focus on providing excellent service to the agents.
**Nice to Have**:
- Past or Present Real Estate License.
- Experience in brokerage conveyancing or brokerage operations.
- Experience with real estate specific apps, software, and programs
- Experience with accounting
Hourly Salary is Experience Dependent.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)
