**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies for sales success with current and new distributors and end users of HDPE pipe products.
- Lead and manage a sales and service team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with senior management during annual budgets.
- Develop and nurture relationships with Management, Clientele and Operations team, including developing strong ties with customers and others to understand pricing and sales dynamics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.
- Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales meetings, successes and missed opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the HDPE or plastics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving strategic goals.
- Solid understanding of job quoting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of HDPE pipe, technical and performance capabilities and parameters.
- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
