**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware systems and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer systems
- Installing and configuring computer hardware
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- System upgrading
- Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
- Act as a main point of contact for IT support within the group of companies
- All other related duties as assigned

**Key Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an IT technician or relevant position
- Diploma/Certification in computer science/computer support
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Able to prioritize efficiently
- Must be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule - _on-call component_
- Excellent oral, written, organizational & communications skills
- Have a high regard for personal responsibility and willingness to take initiative
