**In Office - Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator**

Comforts of Home - Care is looking for an outgoing, service-oriented Scheduling Coordinator who under the general direction of the Lead Scheduling Coordinator, will be responsible for ensuring that adequate staffing levels are maintained. The Scheduling Coordinator will be assigned their own region to manage and will be responsible for calling, assigning, and coordinating schedules.

**Education**
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent related courses
- 2 to 3 years related administrative experience.
- Data entry experience required.
- Experience in healthcare would be an asset.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assign, organize, and maintain client and caregiver schedules
- Update Caregiver schedules and changes as needed
- Attend community events as assigned
- Prioritize and organize workload
- Ability to handle the confidential aspect of the position with discretion and professionalism
- Data entry
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing scanning ect.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent computer and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to carry out assigned tasks
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively contribute to a team environment

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday 9:30 - 5:30 pm weekly
Paid On Call Rotation - Third week of each month

**Location**:
2147 Portage Ave, Winnipeg MB

**Competitive Salary**
Open to negotiation based on Experience.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour, plus Monthly Incentive Bonus, and paid on-call

Supplemental pay types:
Monthly Bonus pay
On Call pay

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
