**What you’ll be doing**:
This Calgary-based hybrid role is all about helping the Level 52 team execute our sales plan and deliver high-touch, high-quality service to our existing and soon-to-be clients.

**Your Core Responsibilities**:

- Respond to inbound inquiries about Level 52 programs
- Liaise with customers to provide product information, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Be the friendly face that keeps our roster of clients notified about upcoming events and programs
- Take notes during discovery calls and follow up with the customer post-call
- Assist in the creation of SoWs
- Schedule quarterly review calls for sales leaders with active customers
- Maintain the status and tracking of opportunities moving through our deal pipeline
- Masterfully manage HubSpot to help the sales team know where they need to put their focus
- Identify dormant customers in our database and bring forward to sales leaders for follow-up
- Perform targeted sales outreach and get discovery calls with prospects booked with the sales team
- Other administrative tasks as required

- Experience in a similar sales and customer support role

- 3+ years experience using HubSpot
- Detail oriented

Pay: $48,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
