We are seeking one (1) Part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast growing and dynamic team as a crucial support personnel of the multidisciplinary team at Shang Gong Chinese Medicine Wellness Centre, starting the week of March 7th, 2022.

Shang Gong Chinese Medicine Wellness Centre was founded by Hai Su, RTCMP, RA. In London, Ontario. Hai Su graduated in 1989 from Beijing Traditional Chinese Medical School. He moved to London in 2006 and opened the door of the BestDrTCM Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Clinic, which was located in Cherryhill area. Hai built his practise for 12 years and serviced over 2000 patients. In November 2018, we rebranded our clinic to Shang Gong Chinese Medicine Wellness Centre, and moved to 1700 Hyde Park Road in the northwest of the city, which is a fast-growing upscale neighbourhood.

Qualifications:

Job description:

- Interacting with clients and their families including COVID screening and greetings upon arrival.
- Answering telephones; retrieving and relaying messages
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining appointments in our online electronic medical records system for three clinical sites
- Answering questions and providing information about Midwifery and the services offered in our office, which will include processing wait list information.
- Data entry including benefit claims
- Faxing, scanning, and filing
- Creating and coordinating business correspondence on behalf of clinicians
- Setting up and maintaining medical charts
- Communicating schedules to clinicians if required
- Light cleaning including sanitation after each treatment room is being used
- Preparing herbal medicine or other medicine as directed by TCM Practitioners
- Assisting clients with purchasing of products available at the Wellness Centre

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- On call
- Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Work Location: In person
