**About the role**
As the leader of the People Analytics team, you are responsible for delivering consistent, reliable data and insights that help shape the future of the HR organization.
**What you’ll do here**:
- Own the overall strategy, analytics and reporting for an emerging and growing business unit.
- Partner with key business leaders and units to identify and prioritize data and reporting needs and transform those into actionable insights that drive results.
- Perform continuous improvements to tools, data and reports developed or used by the HR teams.
- Manage a high-performing, high-output analytics team - support and communication to senior management on performance and business partners in meeting special requests for data and insight.
- Assist in the development and tracking of key success factors for talent acquisition, talent management, DEI, L&D and various other HR portfolios.
- Identify trends and collaborate with key stakeholders on what these could indicate and areas to watch.
- Effectively manage multi-stakeholder technology and operational project with a collaborative mindset, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Data Governance : Implement processes to measure and enhance the data integrity. Responsible to provide guidance to the HR community to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data. Ensure definitions and processes are well documented.
- Your team will provide training and support to the HR partners to enhance their usage of the data and analytic tools and their acumen.
**What you bring to the table**:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematic or Human Resources.
- 2 years of experience in a management position.
- 5 years of experience in a function Business intelligence/Analytic Experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a specific attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative, negotiating and coaching skills.
- French and English bilingualism in the oral and the written language.
- Strong Customer service focus Excellent time management and organizational skills.
