Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Analyze data collected from inspection to identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quality control
- Maintain documentation for Quality control system and report to management
- Supervise own team in truss fabrication

**Requirements**:

- Field experience in installing roof trusses or experience in a truss plant in building trusses
- Proven experience in supervision (+/- 25 employees)
- Knowledge of basic computer software
- Understand need for quality-quantity
- Experience with quality control processes and procedures
- Proficient in analyzing data and identifying trends or patterns
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
