What You’ll Be Doing

How You’ll Succeed
- Leadership skills - Act as a development lead and run code-review sessions with the wider team to ensure the project is on track to meet goals. Support and mentor intermediate and senior developers by sharing knowledge, collaborating and problem solving.
- Managing Multiple Priorities: Manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities. Effective judgment in prioritizing and time allocation. Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
- Interpersonal Relationships: Demonstrate knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for working with individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
