Par-Tee Putt is Not Your Grandpa’s Golf Club With 18 themed mini-putt holes, we offer up nostalgic and quirky fun, paired with delightful drinks and delicious eats. Canada’s newest mini-putt experience launched its first location in downtown Toronto during the summer of 2019. After much success with the openings of Par-Tee Putt Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver, the brand is teed up to become London’s destination for a hole-in-one experience with friends.

Reporting directly to the Front of House Manager, the Host at Par-Tee Putt will greet and welcome each guest as they set them up for their tee-time reservations while maintaining brand standards, steps of service and creating positive shareable experiences for a successful day or night

**The Role**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner as they arrive at the venue
- Follow Host Steps of Service to ensure consistent guest experience
- Effectively communicate with the team to manage reservations, guest walk-ins and guest arrival
- Knowledge of the reservation system to manage reservations and in venue accommodations
- Accurately input and collect cover charge where applicable through POS system
- Point out where washrooms or other venue specifics are located for guest convenience
- Inform guests of any food or drink specials or special events that may be happening
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu offerings including common allergens
- Keep all work areas clean and organized including host stand
- Contribute to the sanitation and cleanliness of our venues
- Effectively communicate with team and offer support as their needs may require
- Keeps an eye on the floor and anticipates the needs of guests and fellow team members
- Create Positive Shareable Experiences
- Other duties as assigned

- Smart Serve Certificate required

- Effectively communicate orally and in writing
- A passion and commitment to quality guest service and hospitality
- Ability to work calmly and effectively during peak times
- Meet productivity standards and complete work using time efficiently
- Able to work on the weekends and holidays, including late nights
