As a small and intimate team, locally owned and managed, we are looking for the perfect person to complete our team. We need someone positive, filled with energy and patience for our clients. We offer a luxury photography experience and always go above and beyond for our clients.
We are looking for someone that will truly care and ensure that each client gets the experience they deserve.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients looking for photography services
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
- Assist customers with navigating our online ordering system GotPhoto
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Utilize our Pixifi CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
**EXPERIENCE**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or account management role
- Strong knowledge of automation, and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience in customer service is critical
- Proficient in using Pixifi or CRM systems to manage customer relationships
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers at all levels
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
