This position requires a strong ability to motivate members and manage time, A RushCycle Sales Associate must focus on a well-rounded theory of fitness, including endurance, strength and power, using the tools given to optimize the client's experience and results.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Build RushCycle attendance and retain current clientele
Ensure safety of participants in regards to exercise technique
Attend monthly fitness staff meetings and required educational presentations
Handle member concerns when applicable
Job Qualifications:
ENERGY and a SMILE. You are the heart and face of our studio
Fluent in both French and English required - classes will be completely bilingual
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in an exercise-related field is preferred
1+ years of experience in sales is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a team environment.
