SCOPE OF POSITION
The Strategy and Corporate Performance Assistant reports to the Manager, Strategy and Corporate Performance and works in collaboration with various departments. As a generalist in a dynamic environment, this individual will provide administrative and other support for a range of projects.

MAIN DUTIES
- Provide general support to the Strategy and Corporate Performance, and Policy and Governance Teams
- Conduct research and analysis in support of projects
- Draft policy and procedure content
- Draft performance measures, analysis and business reports
- Draft evaluation tools such as surveys, monitoring checklists, etc.
- Develop management presentations
- Gather, review, and analyse business data
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling meetings

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Completed a minimum of two (2) years of an undergraduate degree (Business or Public Administration considered an asset)
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project work with an emphasis on planning and coordinating
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to achieve results
- Able to work well independently and as a team member to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Strong written communication skills
- Able to quickly learn new systems and analyse pertinent data

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
- Oral fluency, reading and writing abilities in English are essential
- Oral, reading and written fluency in French is an asset

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Must be between 15-30 years of age
- Satisfactory Criminal Records Check
- Must be available to work full-time from May-August 2023
