As a Creative Social Media Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity across various social media platforms (Pinterest, IG and TikTok). Combining strategic social media management with a keen eye for design, you will lead the creation of visually stunning and compelling content that resonates with our audience.

We are looking for someone who can understand the brand and brand aesthetics to deliver strong conceptual ideas and carry them through to seamless design execution.

**Responsibilities**
- Developed, executed, and managed innovative social media strategies seamlessly integrating creative visuals and art direction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align visual content with broader brand and campaign objectives.
- Implementing content strategies
- Identifying current trends and customer interaction
- Able to manage and show growth on different social platforms

**Visual Content Creation**:

- Lead the creation of visually striking content, including graphics, illustrations, photography, and videos.
- Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics and messaging across all social media channels.
- Gather imagery and video for inspiration boards.
- Develop creative concepts for brand deliverables.

**Artistic Storytelling**:

- Infuse storytelling into visual content to enhance brand narratives and create emotional connections with the audience.
- Develop and maintain a strong and recognizable visual language for the brand.
- Bring creative innovation and excellence to brand initiatives, inclusive of art direction and design for the brand and campaign, including an eye for editorial, typography and layout across all social platforms.

**Cross-Platform Expertise**:

- Tailor visual content for different social media platforms, understanding the nuances and best practices for each.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

**Campaign Art Direction**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement art direction for campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual identity.
- Oversee the production of creative assets for promotions, launches, and special events.

**Collaborative Design**:

- Work closely with internal design teams or external agencies to bring creative concepts to life.

**Analytics and Iteration**:

- Analyze visual content performance metrics, incorporating insights to improve creative strategies continually.
- Implement A/B testing for visual elements to optimize engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing art direction skills.
- Can provide examples of growth on social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous work in design and art direction
- An understanding of current fashion, beauty, and design trends, as well as archival references
- Digital marketing experience
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, G-Suite and Canva
- Solid understanding of social media analytics and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in fashion is a plus
- Working knowledge of production, including post-production for stills and video
- An interest in Art Direction, pre-through-post-production planning and design
- Self-directed and collaborative; an ability to work both independently and in teams effectively
- Team player: the ability to take in feedback and work together to achieve goals
- Comfortable in a small start-up environment
- A desire to learn, with an innate curiosity for brand-building

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
