Providing innovative waste management products and services to a range of industries, SUTERA In-Ground is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team and drive our expansion across the Ontario market. We provide our Territory Sales Representatives with a competitive base-salary, coverage for automotive and cellphone expenses, and an uncapped commission structure. This is a unique opportunity for individuals looking to make a significant impact in the Waste/Recycling and Green Construction markets by offering innovative solutions to designers, builders, property owners, and municipalities.

**What Success Looks Like as a Territory Sales Representative**:
You’ll be in the field connecting with new customers, building relationships, and working to close deals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention through exceptional sales and service
- Proactively develop customer and supplier relationships
- Collaborate with management to drive new business growth throughout territory
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- Identify customer’s buying trends and strategize a plan to further meet their needs
- Thoroughly understand our value-proposition to meet client needs
- Perform other duties as assigned including participation in trade shows, marketing campaigns and promotional events

**To join our Team, you’ll need**:

- Strong business and verbal presentation skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 3 to 5 years of proven success in a B2B sales environment (client acquisition and business development)
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and planning skills
- Ambitious mindset with a documented success in exceeding sales goals and objectives
- High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation
- High School Diploma or GED required
- **(preferred)** BA or BS Degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, etc.) or substantial equivalent business experience
- **(preferred)** Waste and/or Construction Industry experience
- **(preferred)** Territory management experience

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
