We have a permanent **full-time opportunity** in **Alberta **and, the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating hours of:

- **Monday to Friday - 5:00am to 9:00pm MST (7:00am to 11:00pm EST)**:

- **Saturdays - 6:00am to 4:00pm MST (8:00am to 6:00pm EST)**:

- **Sunday - 11:00am to 6:00pm MST (1:00pm to 8:00pm EST)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive inbound and make outbound customer calls regarding past due accounts and facilitate payment arrangements to bring accounts to a current balance
- Handle each call with a high level of professionalism and respect while ensuring the needs of the customer and business are satisfied
- Resolve customer account discrepancies
- Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
- Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations

**What Are We Looking For?**
- Fluency in French and English is required
- Have strong communication and computer navigation skills
- Have the ability to multi task efficiently
- Is committed and willing to learn and grow within the business
- One year of experience working in a high volume call centre environment is an asset
- Must be available to work flexible shifts

**Compensation**:

- Hourly rate of $20.00/hour
