**About us**
Buzz Tours is a walking tour company in downtown Toronto and has been in business for 7 years.
We have a solid 5-star rating on TripAdvisor, Google and Airbnb Experiences. Our tours operate 12 months a year with our peak season being from April - October. Currently we are operating 1 tour per day, however with the demand for more tours we will be adding tours for the high season
Our guests rate our company very highly for our tour content, the routes we take, the friendliness of the guides and friendly atmosphere which our groups tour have.
Our tours are typically have a duration of between 2-3 hours and include a 10-15 minute break on the route. On our tour,s our guides come equipped with photos and stories of the city's, people and events in order to add context to our stories.
We try to operate all of our tours, but we do have limitations when it comes to the weather. We do not operate tours if:
- the temperature is forecast to be 34C or above or -15C or below
- if there is a severe weather warning in effect
- if we are having a heavy snow fall
- if we are expecting a severe thunderstorm
In seven years we have only cancelled less than 10 tours due to the weather.
**Top Priorities for our Guides**:
- To make our guests feel comfortable on our tour and in the city of Toronto
- To ensure the safety of all our guests while on a tour.
- To provide great tours by using great photos and interesting stories.
- To engage our guests to ask questions on tour and to engage in conversations with others on the tour.
- To greet the guests before the tour and to ensure the tour starts and ends on time.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
