**About the Role**

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Information Systems, you’ll be a key contributor in supporting our existing systems and driving the development of new cloud-based solutions to meet our operational goals. With a primary focus on platforms like Salesforce and Acumatica ERP, you’ll bridge the gap between our systems and users, translating business requirements into system solutions.

**Responsibilities**

**Ticket Management**
- Triage Help Desk tickets to appropriate internal IT team members.
- Monitor ticket progress to ensure timely resolution and quality service delivery.
- Liaise with external Help Desk team on issue resolution and process improvement.

**Maintenance and Support**
- Provide daily system and user support by resolving Help Desk tickets.
- Conduct ongoing user training, updates, and education on new features and reporting tools.
- Manage users, profiles, roles, and security model to ensure data integrity.
- Manage Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules.
- Build and maintain Salesforce and Conga reports based on user input.
- Perform mass data uploads and updates, ensuring data quality standards are met.
- Complete regression testing during releases.
- Maintain technical documentation.

**Business Analysis and Solution Design**
- Design and implement customized solutions in Salesforce, Acumatica ERP, and associated systems.
- Facilitate champion meetings to optimize operational processes and address inefficiencies.
- Drive system innovation with a focus on future-forward solutions, particularly utilizing flows.
- Collaborate with software developers to deliver advanced solutions, from gathering requirements to testing and quality assurance.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience across Classic and Lightning environments.
- Experience with Conga Composer, CongaSign, and DocuSign is preferred.
- Proficiency in SOQL and JavaScript is preferred.
- Experience with Acumatica ERP is an asset.
- Previous project management or change management experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience.

Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 (plus completion bonus and benefits)
