**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Managing and maintaining the online store on the Shopify platform, ensuring seamless functionality and an exceptional user experience.
- Implementing and optimizing e-commerce strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and average order values.
- Coordinating with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored for diverse audiences across various channels.
- Analyzing performance metrics and utilizing data-driven insights to drive business decisions and website enhancements.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and issues in both English and French.
- Staying up to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to continuously improve our online presence.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory is up-to-date and accurately reflected on the website.
- Developing content for the website and marketing materials, ensuring accurate translation and cultural relevance in both English and French.
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, particularly with Shopify or similar platforms.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using analytic tools (GA4) to monitor and improve web experience and CRO.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and content management systems is a plus.
- UX and UI skills are considered an asset.
- Experience in the optical industry or with the ecommerce space is considered an asset.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and SEO principles.
- Proficient in time management and meticulous attention to detail
