**The purpose of the role**

We are looking for a new Sales Manager for our decorative plumbing sector to cover Western North America.

Reporting to the Principal Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible to design and execute sales strategies and tactics to reach our sales targets with our established network of high-end authorized dealers. You will be supported by representation agencies in all the regions of your territory, and you will be accountable for their performance.

**Responsabilities**
- Supervise performance and sales activities of representation agencies of Western North America to achieve annual sales targets of the business sector.
- Participate in the annual sales planning and forecasting process.
- Monitor and analyse different sales reports and advanced customer data (CRM) to understand opportunities and gaps for each account on the territory.
- Foster excellent relationships and proximity with dealers and all other industry players to reach sales targets and obtain strategic market insights.
- Discover new business opportunities and expand the current accounts. Prepare and perform impactful product knowledge (PK) activities with various players of the value chain (interior designers, architects, showroom staff).
- Work in proximity with our inside sales and service team to provide an unmatched customer experience to our accounts.
- Represent our brands and products in various events e.g., Tradeshows, lunch and learn, buying group conventions.
- Participate in the customer pricing, discount structure and key account business agreements strategies.
- Learn, master, and transfer information expertly on our product line offerings that you will support.

**Education**
- University or bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred, or equivalent experience

**Experience**
- 5 years of demonstrated Sales Management success ideally in decorative plumbing or interior design products
- Any sales background working with interior design showrooms

**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of the decorative plumbing industry or interior design home products (Ideal).
- Experience with CRM solutions

**Skills**
- Performance and accountability in the entire sales process
- Curiosity and good understanding of the changing market dynamic
- Strong people skills and ability to develop excellent business relationships
- Positive leadership and ability to motivate and support a sales team
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Excellent Communicator

**Job location and travel**
- Ideally located in Western Canada (Calgary or Vancouver area preferred)
- Travelling 30-50% in North America
