**Regional Account Sales (Residential Windows & Doors)**
**Salary: $36,000-$70,000 ** (pending applicant)
**Who we are**: With multiple locations, Kruse Glass & Aluminum services both Saskatchewan & Alberta provinces to provide glass & construction solutions in the auto, residential & commercial construction space. We require an experienced sales professional in our **Regina** branch.

**Job Summary**: We are searching for a friendly & energetic account based salesperson who will generate sales in both construction based environments & residential based markets as they encompass our PVC windows, doors, handrails & glass shower product lines.
The Kruse Glass & Aluminum team has an amazing culture. With a positive group on hand, our coworkers happily work together as they service a broad variety of clientele. (Eg: project developers, home builders, wholesale & retail distributors, home owners and product end users) It's 100% paramount that account sales managers have ability to strategize & sell in very diverse markets.
**Responsibilities & Preferences**
- be punctual and reliable
- build positive relationships with coworkers and customers
- demonstrate knowledge relevant to building construction practices
- must have reliable transportation
- must have a Class 5 (or better) drivers license
- accurately measure buildings/structures and form quotes for the product line sale of doors, windows, showers and railing
- organize & strategize proper sales tactics within a designated sales region based upon market, product and geography efficiently
- report to management and work on new developments with the sales/marketing team
- willingness to work tradeshows a few times per year
- collaborate with staff productively in a positive fashion
- always maintain a "customers first" mindset
- ability to negotiate with diverse clientele effectively
- demonstrate advanced sales techniques, and market & product knowledge
- manage to set goals and achieve targets
**Salary**: $36,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
