**Job Description**:
3M is seeking Material Handlers to join our team in Perth, ON

The person hired for the position will serve the 3M manufacturing area as a Material Handler. This employee will operate in a team-based environment and serve these functions on a rotational basis and must perform all area functional tasks in both Tape and Scotchbrite Plants.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Material Handler, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Operate powered industrial vehicles such as fork trucks- Move material using pallet jacks- Receive incoming goods- Ship outgoing product- Retrieve and Deliver Materials to Production

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)- Must reside in Canada

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Associates degree- A minimum of three years of manufacturing experience- Lean manufacturing experience- Powered Industrial Vehicle license

Work location: Onsite - 2 Craig St, Perth, ON K7H3E2

Travel: No Travel
