Digital Advertising Specialist

**Job Description**:
**Main Duties**
Reporting to the Manager of Digital Marketing, this position plans, executes, and optimizes paid digital advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement for SIGA’s seven casinos. The goal is to ensure alignment with SIGA's marketing strategies by collaborating with other marketing functions, and focusing on data-driven strategies to maximize campaign performance. Additionally, the Digital Advertising Specialist will continuously monitor trends and metrics to optimize results and adapt to evolving advertising platforms and techniques.
**Responsibilities include**: Developing and executing digital advertising campaigns across platforms. Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance by analyzing metrics and adjusting strategies to optimize ad spend, improve click-through rates and increase conversions. Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure digital advertising campaigns are in alignment with SIGA-wide marketing initiatives and goals. Researching and implementing new digital advertising tools and trends, ensuring SIGA remains competitive in the digital space; and generating reports on key performance indicators and present findings to the marketing team for future strategy considerations. Participate in other projects and activities as required, in support of SIGA’s priorities.
**Conditions of Employment**
- The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
- Must possess valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Some SIGA locations operate in a high sensory environment. You may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to tobacco smoke, high noise levels, flashing and blinking lights, and a congested workplace. SIGA adheres to all occupational health and safety regulations and makes every effort to limit the adverse effects of these elements.

- Compliance with all regulatory requirements as may be applicable to your position including but not limited to both SLGA requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering requirements set out in the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and regulations and policies made thereunder by Canada and FINTRAC.
**Job Requirements**:
**Education**
- Successful completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, and/ or Video) is considered an asset.
- Meta Certification is considered an asset.
**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Digital Advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and goal tracking.
