**What you would be doing;**

No cold calling - leads are provided by our retail partner, the largest home improvement retailer in Canada. With the lead, you will then cultivate a relationship with the client and solidify the deal.

Dividing your time between cultivating relationships and coaching the staff within our retail partner’s locations.

Communicating with our installation team to ensure we achieve the client’s vision and your specification.

**Who are we looking for, someone who;**

Is focused on organization skills and keeping their to-do list clean.

Prides themselves on effective communication and social skills.

Keeps their eyes open for opportunities and ways to grow and develop best practices.

Is comfortable with technology and is open to learn as we grow and invest in new tools.

Able to work in English and French

Who enjoys trying new things, taking risks and is innovative in thinking of new concepts and processes.

Makes customer service a priority in ensuring we stay ahead of the competition, maintaining us as the leaders in refacing.

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
