**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with existing and past customers through our Zendesk platform to identify and act on opportunities to close more sales. You will be promoting our music promotion campaigns, tailored to help music artists increase their visibility and success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and manage customer interactions on Zendesk.
- Identify opportunistic times to reach out to existing and past customers.
- Understand and address the unique needs and challenges of music artists.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Maintain customer relationships and maximize customer lifetime value.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fast typing skills and proficiency in using CRM systems (experience with Zendesk is a plus).
- Familiarity with the music industry and the psyche of artists.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $43,116.96-$137,511.07 per year
