**JOB OVERVIEW**

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Actively contribute to our culture of justice, belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring that all staff feel represented and heard regardless of their gender, age, religion, ethnicity, and nationality or race.
- Pull post-campaign and on-demand reports and provide performance analysis.
- Undertake user testing and contribute to improving digital accessibility, SEO and the overall quality.
- Assist with documenting processes, policies, and practices.
- Other relevant tasks, projects and duties as assigned.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of The Occupational Health & Safety Act and its regulations and comply with the Society's Health & Safety Policy.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- 1-2 years of direct marketing and/or website experience.
- Experience in Marketing Cloud an asset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of HTML.
- Experience using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop an asset.
- Good problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Time management, prioritization, and ability to handle tight turnover times.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, and written).
- Ability to work as a team player and demonstrate personal initiative to complete the work.
