Maintenance Manager

- Provide expert advice and guidance regarding the repair and maintenance of all machines and equipment

Develop appropriate schedules, manning and material requirements.
- Manage the processes and secure the resources to ensure availability of the appropriate tools.
- Maintain knowledge in mechanical and electrical trades, refrigeration, sanitation, storage equipment and

machines.
- Maintain a high standard of sanitation, housekeeping and cleanliness.
- Other duties as required.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

- Engineer, Certified tradesperson, or related education.
- 5+ years of experience in a maintenance management role, within a unionized industrial maintenance

environment preferred.
- Experience in the Food industry an asset.
- Proven leadership skills coupled with ability to effectively manage people in a team environment.
- A strong commitment to safety.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs, PLCs, parts inventory, cost control, sourcing parts, managing

budgets.
- A broad understanding of computer-aided processing equipment an asset.
- Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, analytical sand problem solving skills.
- Must be available to support operations within in a 24/7 operation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,142.79-$122,066.70 per year
