Construction C. Laggis is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of **Renovator**. This person will be responsible for the following:

- Perform general construction activities, such as installing drywall, painting, and finishing all construction projects.
- Assist in the installation of all HVAC systems.
- Install all types of windows and doors.
- Install all types of insulation.
- Install exterior doors and windows.
- Install exterior staircases.
- Install exterior staircases with new construction.
- Install exterior staircases with existing wood decks.
- Install exterior doors and windows.
- Install insulation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or general manager.

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Experience**:Minimum 1 year of related experience required.**

Education: High school or equivalent (required).

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience with benefits available after 90 days of employment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.75-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Signing bonus

Work Location: On the road

Expected start date: 2023-07-03
