**Key Office Duties & Responsibilities**
- Answer phones in a professional manner and provide superior customer service
- Greet and sign-in office visitors
- Provide administrative support to management as required
- Place purchase orders with vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate logistics of outbound shipments and incoming deliveries
- Prepare documents for shipment of finished goods (packing lists, waybills, etc)
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service technicians as required
- Arrange meetings, organize meeting rooms, and prepare AV equipment
- Ensure cleanliness of front office, conference room, and kitchen are maintained
- Organize and manage inventory of office supplies
- Support inventory management needs
- Facilitate internal and external communications
- Work with vendors and internal departments to resolve AP discrepancies & inquiries
- Assist with set-up of new customer accounts
- Assist with processing of incoming sales orders
- Liaise with customers and provide project management support
- Provide HR support as required
- Complete monthly expense reimbursement submissions
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvement
- Other administrative duties as required

**Knowledge & Competencies Required**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- Background in Business or Office Administration is preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role, manufacturing setting, and/or within the beauty industry (non-retail) are a strong asset
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem solve, work independently, maintain confidentiality, and carry a professional demeanor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
