**Job Description**:
**WHAT’S THE JOB?**
Join our NRB Modular Solutions team, where our people are driven by a desire to innovate, do social good, and move construction forward.

As the **Project Controls Lead**, reporting to the Director, Projects, you will be responsible for developing and managing all schedules for NRB’s projects. Schedules will be created at the RFP, pre-construction, and project execution stages, updated with ongoing project information for our Pre-construction, Estimating, Procurement and Project Execution teams to use.

**Your work will include**:

- Plan and prepare resource and cost loaded construction schedules for all NRB projects in MS Project.
- Create billing and payment schedules that promote positive cash flows on projects and meet corporate objectives on cash.
- Create baseline schedules and ensure they are submitted on time, with accurate and complete information, in compliance with the contracts and NRB’s policies and procedures.
- Update project schedules on an ongoing basis and prepare biweekly status reports.
- Organize project information and include forecasting, change order information, and adjustments of work required to match current execution plan.
- Create Time-Impact Analysis for identified risks to schedule and budget.
- Setup and maintain Project Web App with all project schedules for a wholistic view of NRB projects, resources and burn rate/cash flow forecasting.
- Maintain up to date individual project schedules and updates as required in Procore, including actual start and finish dates with input from sales, preconstruction, design and engineering, project execution, purchasing and procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams.
- Assist in risk mitigation, claim defence and project profit and loss forecasts with schedule supported metrics.
- Monitor and evaluate project implementation from cradle to grave to identify future best practices for further streamlining of projects.

**Qualifications**:
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Successful completion of post-secondary education from an accredited university or college in a Bachelor of Construction Science, Construction Management, or Engineering, and/or a college diploma in Construction Technology, or other relevant programs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading construction project scheduling as a sole focus.
- In depth experience with Microsoft Project and Procore.
- Experience with Microsoft Project Web App.
- Experience in modular/prefab design is an asset.
