**Position Summary**:
This full-time Electronics Technician will join the Canadian Service team. Duties include but are not limited to: performing repairs to our medical equipment in our centralized repair depot, maintaining medical equipment, testing and calibrating all equipment, documenting of errors/problems through an ERP system (QAD, MFG) and other platforms (Salesforce
- CRM). as well as providing occasional technical support (will be trained) to InMode Sales Representatives and customers. Other responsibilities may include sorting merchandise, maintaining supplies, verifying inventory, and helping the logistics team at times.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot devices sent in for repair by using appropriate test equipment and guidelines.
- Maintain and repair medical equipment
- Resolve issues by repair or replacement of defective assemblies.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution was met.
- Calibrate and test equipment per ATP
- Report errors/problems through an ERP system (QAD)
- Update and maintain our databases on a regular basis to ensure consistent and accurate data related to repairs and fault trends
- Communicate equipment problems with our engineering department to correct them
- Reading of schematics for troubleshooting purposes
- Basic circuit analysis,
- Should know: power supplies, multi-meter, and oscilloscope, soldering for removal and adding of resistors, capacitors, or other components on PCB’s
- Other duties or projects as assigned
- Availability to work overtime on occasion throughout the year

**Qualifications**:

- Electronics/engineering Technician Diploma preferred
- Minimum 1+ year Canadian work experience in this field.
- Basic understanding of circuit analysis, and basic working knowledge of electrical equipment such as power supplies, multi-meter, and oscilloscope required
- Ability to use various hand tools
- Possess good soldering skills, for removal and adding of resistors, capacitors, or other components on PCB’s
- Computer skills a must with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must possess great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking capability
- Strong Team player a must

**Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Enterprise resource planning (ERP) experience is preferred, QAD is our current system
- Medical device experience is a plus
- Laser experience is a plus

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
