**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team. The Butcher will be responsible for preparing meats for sale and ensuring the highest quality cuts for customers.

**Duties**:

- Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats such as beef, veal, and poultry
- Prepare meat products for display or sale
- Package and label products according to regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with meat selection and offering cooking advice

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Butcher or in a similar role within the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficiency in meat cutting techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food preparation methods and techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
