**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, breads, cakes, cookies, and other desserts according to established recipes.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Package baked goods for display or sale while maintaining freshness and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new offerings that align with seasonal themes or special events.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with products.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Proficiency in understanding various baking methods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide customer service when needed.
