Responsibilities include:

- Lead the marketing efforts and team, a hands-on individual capable of executing the work has well as managing and delegating.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs
- Evaluate multi-channel marketing programs across all platforms
- Develop and maintain marketing budgets
- Hire, train and oversee marketing team
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives
- Lead the daily sales functions
- Work in conjunction with IT on all sales and marketing software, maintain testing and evaluation accordingly
- Set and communicate marketing KPIs
- Maintain all marketing and sales reporting
- Implement marketing and sales processes or activities
- Develop and maintain all marketing and sales collateral
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communications
- Work with all PR, Press and other third-party stakeholders
- Attend networking or other events as related to marketing, communications, and sales
- Oversee all marketing and sales meetings
- Prepare marketing and sales and marketing reports and evaluations for executive management review
- Act as the champion for all sales and marketing software/platforms
- Work with other division managers to develop marketing and sales strategies
- Led process documentation, changes, evaluations, storage, and implementations
- Work closely with other managers to ensure process information is accurate and up to date
- Lead the process team - responsible for hiring and training
- Provide direction to the process team
- Assist with special projects as required

Qualifications:
- Have at least 7 to 10 years of working experience in the same role
- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
