- Maintain clear and effective communication with participants, parents, and other relevant stakeholders. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in setting up program facilities and ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Youth Program or Camp experience
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to mentor and develop young leaders
- First aid and CPR training certification is an asset
- Related Education or experience in child development or related field is an asset
- Experience working with youth or in youth development sectors is a plus

**The role is short-term but there is potential for renewal for the Summer**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 weeks

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:
