Superminds is looking for a skilled, Registered Psychologist in our clinic in **Schomberg, ON** and surrounding areas.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Registered in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
- Doctoral Degree in Psychology combined with up to three years of relevant clinical and research experience in the field of mental health or autism.

**Experience/Skill Qualifications**:

- Experience working with the paediatric population (ages 18 months through 5 ages) diagnosed with a neurodiversity (autism, adhd/add) or typically developing
- Experience using psychological assessment tools and evidence-based treatment methodologies (CBT, ACT, DBT) and related techniques
- Capacity to work with clients of diverse ethno-racial and cultural backgrounds is required

**General Qualifications**:

- Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening (last 6 months)
- Professional liability insurance
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Duties**:

- Performing diagnostic autism assessments
- Developing and monitoring treatment plans with clinical team, providing clinical supervisions and monitoring client progress
- Meeting with family members or individuals of importance to the client
- Preparing clinical reports in a timely and organised manner
- Developing and communicating client-centred treatment plans
