**Overview**

**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.

- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management from initiation to completion.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship management strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
