**Duties (learn how to do the following)**:

- Install, repair, and replace locks on doors, windows, safes, and other security devices.
- Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and efficiently.
- Provide key duplication services and create master key systems.
- Conduct security assessments and recommend appropriate locking mechanisms.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Stay updated on the latest locksmithing techniques and technologies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of lock mechanisms, key cutting, and security systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
