Studio Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio
- Provide leadership and guidance to the studio team
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all clients
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and payroll
- Implement and enforce studio policies and procedures
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address any concerns
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Experience in sales management, including setting goals and driving results
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Administrative skills for managing schedules, records, and other paperwork
**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
