JOB DUTIES
- Operate the POS cash efficiently

- Verifying merchandise to avoid mismatches
- Supporting the store management in developing a customer base
- Suggestive selling to meet customer needs
- Providing customer service

- Driving Sales
- Strong ability to adapt to different cultures and environments
- High school diploma
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Passion for floral design and arrangements
- Highly collaborative; working with and through others in a team-oriented environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with mínimal supervision
- Able to work a flexible work schedule based on the needs of the business that includes nights, weekends, and holidays
- Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment preferred
