**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities Detailed Responsibilities Change & Project Management**
- Conducts project management activities, develops plans for project implementation, and identifies and manages risks within a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Develops project management resources and tools to initiate, plan, execute and monitor projects.
- Performs business and partner requirement analysis in support of change management projects and recommend strategies and solutions to achieve objectives.
- Develops and implement experience-based co-design strategies and project plans in alignment with FLA OHT strategic vision.
- Completes strategic planning and coordination of improvement initiatives, including managing all aspects of the planning cycle. This involves data analytics, feasibility evaluations, strategic use of team partnerships, and budget and resource preparation.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of each team, workflow procedures, policies, and standards.
- Develops processes and tools to support partners’ implementation of change initiatives including process/solution documentation (i.e. workflows, use cases, user guides, policies, transition plans and training materials).

**Communication**
- Communicates insights, findings and trends to leadership and the team to ensure key partners have the most accurate, useful, and timely information.
- Develops and shares change management proposals based on insights and findings.
- Develops and implements project communication plans in collaboration with the FLA OHT team and leadership.
- Develop and deliver clear and continuous communication amongst project stakeholders/partners through memos, briefs, reports, and virtual and in-person engagements.

**Risk & Issues Management**
- Design and establish mechanisms to regularly identify, assess, mitigate, and track risks related to change initiatives in a complex, adaptive system.
- Anticipates and troubleshoots issues, provides ongoing expertise, resolves problems, and improves project effectiveness.
- Applies sound judgement to risk mitigation efforts and escalates issues to FLA OHT leadership and project partners as appropriate.

**Organizational Leadership**
- Project Lead drives change within the portfolio and workstreams by supporting rollout and change in processes to partners and clients. Works with colleagues and project partners to plan, implement and execute changes successfully.
- Provide insight on strategic partnerships and organizational structure to help facilitate the planning and implementation of change
- Measures and evaluates project effectiveness and performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
- Supports the FLA OHT evaluation framework; works closely with the evaluation team to prepare an effective evaluation plan for each change initiative.
