The successful Summer Student will work within our Club setting, which is a psychosocial rehabilitation program based in the recovery model we subscribe to at our organization. Members of our Club have significant and persistent mental illness. Students will develop and organize activities and outings that provide opportunities for growth and connection to community. The student will work towards the engagement of trust, connecting with Club Members and encouraging them to take part in daily and special activities as well as fundraising and recreational programs. Organizing and delivery of these social and recreational programs is the primary responsibility - both to take the lead in and to support other Club and Outreach staff in hosting these. The Student will become aware of local festivals and celebrations to facilitate member involvement and community engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: $15.20 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
