**Related experience**:Well servicing and drilling experience welcomed**

**Class 1 with NO restrictions on Manual Transmission. Effective February 1, 2023 Class 1QK will not be eligible for this position.**

**Physical ability**: You will perform hard manual labor

**Remote work**: Away on a 15/6 or 15/13 rotation working outdoors in all weather conditions

The role of the **Supervisor** is responsible for assisting and communicating effectively with management, field coordinators, clients and crews in planning, coordination and execution of STEP Energy Services Operations.

Qualified applicants should be comfortable working at heights, have heavy-haul experience, experience with computer aided calculations, but most of all they should be self-starters with leadership skills, and know how to get the job done.
