**Responsabilités et Attentes**:
Nous recherchons un gestionnaire régional compétent et dévoué en santé, sécurité et environnement (HSE) pour aider à gérer le système de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement de l'entreprise au sein d'une région spécifiquement désignée. En tant que gestionnaire régional HSE, vous superviserez et soutiendrez la formation du personnel des sites d'Integrated Power Services dans la région désignée sur les lois fédérales, provinciales et locales, renforçant la conformité aux politiques et procédures de sécurité, de santé et d'environnement d'IPS sur plusieurs sites d'emploi attribués. Vous soutiendrez également les responsables de l'élément HSE et la direction des sites désignés. Ce poste relèvera du directeur HSE et comprendra les responsabilités suivantes:
- Soutenir le HSE et la direction du site dans la résolution des problèmes liés à la sécurité.
- Soutenir la direction du site dans la déclaration, la gestion, l'enquête et la résolution des incidents.
- Soutenir la direction des installations et le département IPS dans la progression des phases HSE pour les éléments concernés. S'engager dans le processus de phase HSE par l'apprentissage et le développement.
- Soutenir le processus Leader Standard Work (LSW) et tenir les responsables de l'élément HSE de l'installation responsables du processus LSW.
- Soutenir le partage des meilleures pratiques et leur mise en œuvre dans la région.
- Apporter un soutien aux sites d'emploi attribués à distance et sur place, si nécessaire.
- Coordonner stratégiquement les visites sur site pour maximiser l'efficacité et passer du temps de qualité à soutenir l'installation.
- Promouvoir et tenir la direction du site (HSE) responsable de se trouver autant que possible sur le lieu de travail.
- Soutenir le HSE et la direction du site pour maintenir la conformité avec les systèmes et processus HSE.
- Soutenir la normalisation et l'audit des processus et procédures HSE qui sont assignés.
- Soutenir l'élaboration de métriques, d'initiatives, de programmes ou de campagnes assignées.
- Superviser et soutenir l'intégration des responsables d'éléments HSE dans les sites d'emploi désignés.
- Superviser et soutenir la planification de la relève et le développement professionnel dans les sites d'emploi désignés.
- Soutenir les sites avec des documents, des communications et du coaching pour aider à sensibiliser et à informer sur les questions liées au HSE.
- Soutenir les fondements essentiels du HSE grâce à l'audit et à l'évaluation des sites d'emploi désignés.
**Exigences**:
- Bilingue en français et en anglais.
- Diplôme d'associé ou expérience équivalente ou certifications reconnues au minimum.
- Au moins 8 ans d'expérience progressive dans la gestion des processus de sécurité et de santé.
- Au moins quatre ans d'expérience de niveau de gestion.
- Expérience préférée en électromécanique industrielle, gestion de l'énergie et équipements rotatifs.
- Approbation du directeur HSE d'IPS.
- Certification du Conseil des professionnels canadiens en sécurité (BCRSP).
- Autres certifications possibles.
