**Your Job**

As a Partner Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving partner success and generating sales leads. Working closely with our partners, you will be responsible for educating, training, and supporting their sales teams on the value proposition of DataCandy's gift and loyalty platform. **Your Focus**
- Collaborate with partners to understand their business objectives and sales processes.
- Educate partner sales teams on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of DataCandy's gift and loyalty platform.
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, presentations, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the value proposition of DataCandy solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to partner sales teams, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and troubleshooting issues.
- Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to coordinate efforts and align messaging with partner needs.
- Identify opportunities for partnership growth and expansion, leveraging insights from partner interactions and market trends.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics, including lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue impact.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, offering strategic guidance and recommendations to maximize sales effectiveness and drive business results

**Who you are**:

- Proven experience in sales enablement, partner management, or similar roles within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant POS systems, payments technology, and the hospitality industry landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
