- Ensure that all service activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Oversee manufacture warranty claims and submissions to ensure they are getting processed and approved in a timely manner.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely updates on service orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify service opportunities and promote upselling of service packages and accessories.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and recommendations on service-related matters.

**3. Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all service work meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed service work to verify quality and accuracy.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.

**4. Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels of service parts, tools, and equipment to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Coordinate with the parts department to order replacement parts and supplies as needed.
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.

**5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track key performance metrics, such as service turnaround time, customer satisfaction ratings, and technician productivity.
- Generate reports and analysis to evaluate departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and achieve service department goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a service management role, preferably in the motorsports or automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of motorsports vehicles and equipment, including motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, side-by-sides or vehicles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
