**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and prospects
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Prepare and distribute sales materials to prospects and customers
- Provide support for sales events and trade shows
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a sales support role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
